The purpose of this study is to evaluate nursing students’ levels of emotional intelligence and communication skills and to determine the relationship between them. The data were obtained from 195 students studying in Harran University Nursing Department of School of Health through Personal Information Form, Emotional Intelligence Evaluation Scale and Communication Skills Evaluation Scale. To analyze the data t-test, variance analysis and Pearson’s correlation analysis were used.
