Abstract

Çevik liderin niteliklerini belirlemeye yönelik araştırmayı bir adım öteye taşıyan bu çalışmada, okul müdürlerinin öğretmen algılarına göre yaş, kıdem, eğitim durumu ve okul düzeyi farklılıkları incelenmiştir. Araştırmaya tüm eğitim kademelerinden 1067 gönüllü öğretmen katılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin okul müdürlerinin çevik liderlik niteliklerine ilişkin algıları cinsiyetlerine veya eğitim durumlarına göre anlamlı farklılık göstermezken, kıdem, yaş ve görev yaptıkları okul kademelerine göre farklılık göstermiştir. Araştırma sonuçları, çevik lidere ışık tutmak için teori ve diğer araştırma bulgularıyla karşılaştırılır.
