MOBBİNG İN THE SECONDARY EDUCATİON TEACHERS: INVESTIGATION FROM THE GENDER AGE AND HİGH SCHOOL TYPE
 
Abstract

This survey has been made to reveal the level of mobbing experiences as a communication style among the teacher of secondary education. This survey has been fulfilled with the method of schoolsurvey in descriptional methods. For this aim, Personal İnform Formand Mobbing Criterion consist of 35 matters have been applied to 396 teachers being charged in the secondary education associations of MEB. That was studied in Niğde, Konya, Erzurum, Batman, Şanlıurfa, Trabzon provinces for this survey. The survey set a limit to sex, age, civilized, education, branch, duty in school, seniority, association, to be perceived of socio-economic positions and volunteering of participants. The statistical analysises have been made by spss for Windows packet programme. Acording to the diagnosis of the survey:

1. Being exposed to mobbing for the teachers of secondary education is more towards the teacher’ s life quality

2. Male teachers have been exposed to mobbing more than female teachers in the secondary education associations.

3.Teachers who are under 25 years of age in secondary education associations, have been exposed to mobbing more than others.

4. The teachers being charged in the private education associations had experienced to be exposed to problem of mobbing more than others.
