Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of a Drama Based Critical Thinking Skills Training Program on 2nd grade bachelor degree students’ (who are attending to a preschool teacher training program) critical thinking skills. This is a quasi-experimental study. Totally 50 students were equally divided into two different groups as they are experimental group and control group. Experimental group has attended to 10 sessions of a course as drama based training program. It has been prepared to promote students’ critical thinking skills. California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory (CCTDI) has been offered as pre-test and post-test to both groups in order to obtain the data. It has been found that there was significance on behalf of experimental group in the end of this study. It also has been found that the continuity of training program (p< ,05).
