Data has been collected by applying the Maslach Burnout Inventory and Personal Information Form (PIF) as an interview paper was used consisting of open-ended questions which developed by researcher. Interview questions were implemented according to teachers’ social and individual problems and solutions. Data were analyzed with SPSS and Nvivo. As a result of this study; between the burnout levels of teachers and social-individual problems were found a direct correlation.
