The target population of this research consists of the primary school teachers who are working as teacher candidates at 2008-2009 academic year in Elazığ city. As the sample group, forty nine teachers were selected with convenience sampling method. Data were obtained through a ten-itemed structured interview form which was prepared by the researchers and analyzed by NVivo 7 program. The results of the research showed that candidate teachers mostly; experience orientation problems to the profession and to their schools, did not take enough guidance and support, viewed the in-service training as insufficient, indicated that there are differences between graduate education and practice and they experience problems about these matters.},author={ -Etem YEŞİLYURT},year={2011},journal={International Online Journal of Educational Sciences}}
