Data were collected by way of “Personal Information Form, Organizational Exclusion, Work Alienation and Colleague Support Scales”, while frequency, correlation and regression analysis were used to analyze the data that were obtained. Results show that the organizational exclusion of trainer in private sports enterprises. Organizational exclusionhas a positive effect on work alienation, and a negative effect on the support of colleagues.
