Abstract

Adopted by teachers in order to determine the administrative and cultural values survey method was used in this study. Depending on the province of Nigde population of the research center and the teachers working in elementary schools are located in villages and towns. Sample was determined by the sampling method is accessible and working in these schools wishing to participate in the voluntary survey consists of 706 teachers. Substances included in the survey, the feminine and masculine values are considered to be an individualist and collectivist values, values, and uncertainty avoidance on the distribution of power, including the size of the values generated in four dimensions consists of expressions of the judiciary. The scale of the administrative and cultural values adopted by teachers from across the sub-dimensions, and their average values of the scale is examined, "Feminine-Masculine" adopt a value-sized high-level teachers, "individualist-socialist" adopt a value close to the highest level, "Power Distance" and "Uncertainty Avoidance "sizes are adopted in a medium value.
