In this research, the burnout levels of teachers who work in elementary and secondary schools were examined in different variables and social and individual problems are discussed which they lived. Data has been collected by applying the Maslach Burnout Inventory and Personal Information Form (PIF) as an interview paper was used consisting of open-ended questions which developed by researcher. Interview questions were implemented according to teachers’ social and individual problems and solutions. Data were analyzed with SPSS and Nvivo. As a result of this study; between the burnout levels of teachers and social-individual problems were found a direct correlation. The emergences of high levels of occupational burnout of teachers directly affect the approach to their problems and solutions.
