After the programs were reconstructed, the different effects in our education system occurred. One of the effects that occurred in education system was seen at the passing of high schools. In 2008, proficiency test have been put into an exam under the new name as “Seviye Belirleme Sınavı (SBS)”. By the side of previous exams, significant changes were made at SBS. One of these changes is to give the SBS Turkish tests including questions that containing visuals. When literature was scanned, there was any work made for examining the questions containing visuals in Turkish test in SBS. The purpose of this study is to examine the questions containing visuals in Turkish test in SBS by year class-rate, diversity and content. SBS question books for this purpose, qualitative research approaches were investigated within the framework of the method of document review. The questions containing visuals in Turkish test in SBS, the analysis of the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, coding, and note-taking operations over the years by applying the ratio of class level, the diversity and the contents were identified and reflected in our findings. According to findings, the questions containing visuals in Turkish test in SBS hasn’t got a standard by year, the diversity and distribution of content under specific headings focused. Provided that the conclusions reached and recommendations made taking into account the passing to secondary schools to apply for the new exam is recommended to give the visuals.
