Although the problems of individuals accessing information are off the table with the technological advancements of today, it has become more important to reach the right information. Apart from the communication process, the way for people who are exposed to information flow from mass media to choose the right information is to adopt a critical approach in listening processes and develop their critical listening skills. As critical listening is one of the skills that an individual needs to have in daily life, it is necessary to attach importance to the teaching of this skill, starting from the proper level. The reflection of critical listening, which is included in Turkish teaching programs, on Turkish lessons is through textbooks. Therefore in this research, it was aimed to determine the inclusion of critical listening skills in Turkish language course textbooks. The descriptive method was used in the research and listening activities in Turkish language course textbooks were evaluated in terms of critical listening. According to the results of the research, it has been determined that the activities and aspects of critical listening skills are not evenly distributed in terms of grades, and the variety of activities is limited.
