Psychological capital which focuses on human performance and psychology in organizational environments is effective on the attitudes and behaviors of employees. Integrating the individual's pursuit of happiness and organizational goals in school environments is effective in increasing performance. Therefore, it is thought that supporting the factors that will increase the success of teachers in educational institutions and make them happy will increase educational efficiency. This research uses quantitative and relational survey model to examine the relationship between teachers' positive psychological capital perception and school happiness. The sample of the research consists of 312 teachers working in public schools in Gaziantep Nizip district. According to the research results teachers' positive psychological capital perceptions are very high and school happiness level is high. However, it was concluded that teachers were not satisfied with their salaries and economic conditions. It was observed that the perception of psychological capital positively predicted school happiness and explained it 45%. This situation leads to the conclusion that one of the important factors of high school happiness despite economic dissatisfaction is positive psychological capital.
