In this research, it was evaluated whether teachers' attitudes towards educational research differ in terms of various variables. The aim of this research is to determine teachers' attitudes towards educational research, which is the most important source of developments in the field of education. In the research, survey design, one of the quantitative research methods, was used to reveal teachers' attitudes towards educational research. The study group of the research consists of 555 teachers selected by simple random sampling working in schools affiliated with Bitlis Provincial Directorate of National Education in the 2021-2022 academic year. In order to collect data in the study, "Teacher Attitude Scale Towards Educational Research (TATÖS)" developed by Yıldırım, İlhan, Şekerci and Sözbilir (2013) was used. The scale consists of 20 items in three sub-dimensions. The Cronbach's Alpha value of the scale is .88. SPSS 22 package program was used to analyze the data in the study. According to the research results, in line with the variables determined, it was determined that teachers generally had a positive attitude towards educational research.
