Abstract

This study also aims to determine the views and expectations of primary school education stakeholders regarding the concept of trust. In line with this study, the phenomenology design was preferred among qualitative research methods. The study group consists of 26 administrators, 24 primary school teachers, 21 elementary school students, and 25 parents whose children are enrolled in elementary schools affiliated with the Kahramanmaraş Provincial Directorate of National Education, selected using simple random sampling during the fall semester of the 2024-2025 academic year. Semi-structured interview questions developed by the researchers were used in the data collection phase of the study. Content analysis was used to analyze the data obtained. The results of the study showed that the stakeholders participating in the study were aware of the educational stakeholders, that bilateral agreements between educational stakeholders should be between teachers and parents and teachers and students, that interaction between educational stakeholders was not sufficient according to teachers and administrators but was sufficient according to students and parents, Effective communication, sense of duty, love, respect, and justice are effective factors in establishing trust among stakeholders, while disrespect, irresponsibility, lack of communication, physical violence, and injustice are factors that cause distrust. Stakeholders expect cooperative behavior, healthy communication, tolerance, and respect from other stakeholders.
