Retraction Notice II
In August, 2022 IOJES became aware of an ethical violation regarding the manuscript entitled "Empowerment or Disempowerment: That is the Question (English as an international language)in EIL" which was authored by "Feryal Çubukçu". Upon the notification email, IOJES editors started to investigate the case immediately and found that there was an ethical violation (plagiarism, misconduct, breaches of copyright). IOJES does not tolerate any ethical violation, plagiarism, or misconduct so editors decided to retract the following article “Empowerment or Disempowerment: That is the Question (English as an international language)in EIL” Year 2010, Volume 2, Issue 1, pp. 98-109.
