After the research application permission was obtained, one of the researchers went to the classes and distributed the data collection tools to the students on the same day and obtained the data. According to the findings reached within the scope of this study, a significant difference was determined in the democratic attitude, moral maturity and target behaviour development levels of the students according to the class level variable. In addition, a significant difference was found in students' democratic attitude levels according to the economic status variable. It can be stated that there is a positively oriented and moderately significant relationship between moral maturity and democratic attitude and target behaviour development, while there is a positively oriented and weakly significant relationship between democratic attitude and target behaviour development. It is seen that the relationship between democratic attitude and target behaviour development significantly predicts about 26% of moral maturity in students.
